Tengo una verdadera pasi\u00f3n por crear a trav\u00e9s de mi cocina la experiencia adecuada para cada persona y situaci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Era arquitecto paisajista y daba clases en la Universidad de Florencia cuando, en 2008, tras una oportunidad repentina e inesperada, dej\u00e9 mi carrera para dedicarme a mis pasiones de toda la vida: la vela y la cocina. En 10 a\u00f1os a bordo de yates, he navegado m\u00e1s de 80.000 millas n\u00e1uticas alrededor del mundo, visitando algunos de los lugares m\u00e1s remotos y espectaculares del planeta y alojando a los hu\u00e9spedes y tripulaciones m\u00e1s diversos.<\/p>\n

En 2018, dej\u00e9 la vela y ahora resido en Mallorca, aunque sigo disponible para viajar por todo el mundo.<\/p>\n

En los yates, desarroll\u00e9 un amplio repertorio y una actitud muy flexible, junto con un gran enfoque en los altos est\u00e1ndares de calidad.<\/p>\n
