CHEF MICHELA SARAGONI

About me

I was a Landscape Architect teaching at the University of Florence when, in 2008, following a sudden and unexpected opportunity, I left my career to pursue my lifelong passions: sailing and cooking. In 10 years on yachts, I have sailed more than 80,000 sea miles around the world, visiting some of the most remote and spectacular places in the world, and accommodating the most diverse guests and crew.

In 2018, I left yachting and am now based in Palma de Mallorca, althought still available to travel worldwide.

On yachts, I developed a wide repertoire and a very flexible attitude, along with a keen focus on high-quality standards.

I have a genuine passion for creating through my cuisine the right experience for each person and situation.
