About me
I have a genuine passion for creating through my cuisine the right experience for each person and situation.
I was a Landscape Architect, teaching at the University of Florence, when in 2008 following a sudden and unexpected occasion, I left my career to follow my life long passions: sailing and cooking. In 10 years on yachts I have sailed more than 80000 sea miles around the world, visiting some of the most remote and spectacular places in the world, and accommodating the most diverse guest and crew.
Since 2018 I quit yachting and I am based in Palma de Mallorca.
On yachts I have developed a wide repertoire and a very flexible attitude, alongside a keen attitude towards high quality standards.
