BOOKING CONDITIONS

At the moment of formalizing the booking a payment of 50% of the agreed total price is required and constitutes the booking confirmation. It’s important to make sure you have a receipt of the payment, in case there is any problem in the reception.

The remaining 50% will need to paid at the latest one week before the estabilished date. If the payment is not done, a warning will be send, but in case of still not receiving it, unless differently agreed the booking will be cancelled with no refound.

 

 

​BOOKING CANCELLATION

If you have to cancel the booking made with us, the following policy will apply:

  • If you cancel your booking up to 1 month (30 days) before the established date, you will get a 100% refund of the total price agreed.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 1 month (30 days) before the established date you will get 50% refund of the total price agreed.
  • If you cancel less than 1 weeks before the established data, you will get no refund
